Ginger - Grated

Freeze-dried ginger will dazzle your taste buds.  Beware, a little goes a long way as its potent flavor has been concentrated via the freeze-drying process.  Add a little ginger to your smoothie, stir-fry dish or fresh baked ginger cookies.  No matter how you use it, ginger always lends a fresh cleansing flavor.
