Dill

Freeze-dried herbs really pack a punch!  A little goes a long way as the preservation process retains a majority of the beneficial nutrients and concentrates the flavor and aroma.  Dill compliments potato salad, fish, sauces & dips.  Dill is also a staple of pickling.  (.11oz) equivalent to approximately 1.0 oz fresh (or 3 tbsp)
